Welcome to a new and exciting Horse / Nature Development, in beautiful, Brown County Indiana.  In the near future this site will include all the information needed to fully enjoy nice condominium style living near Story, Indiana.

The idea here is to offer top of the line Custom Built Condominium Style living for those in love with either horses or mother nature.  It will be a cross between convenient Condo living and a secure second home.  We will have 12 units based around an outdoor horse arena with a barn and small separate paddocks.  Then on the other side of a tree line closer to the village of Story there will be 12 units based around a landscaped herb, vegetable and fruit gardens, with flowing water and nature trails, gazebos and hot tubs.  There will be a club house and extra parking located on the property.  A total of only 24 residential units in the project.
 
 

Step One:  Visit Story Indiana.  Sign up for a visit to Story Inn.  (Please contact us if interested, right now we are meeting with previously registered couples.)  If you are interested in meeting at Story Inn, please contact us via email:  info@clubstory.net

Step Two:  Second visit to Story and the start of your project.  A deposit or earnest moneys are put into a escrow account with our Bank.  It will be under both your name and the project.  Banking needs will be worked out at this stage.

Step Three:  Design Phase.... now the fun starts, we will go through some floor plans and start the layout of the unit.  Decide square footage, special features and build the plans.  We have computer programs that will then put the plans in a 3-D  form  and let you walk through the unit.  We can walk the halls, in and out of each room and view the unit all the way down to furniture location, cabinet type, floor coverings, and wall colors.  This phase may take 30 to 50 days.  We will come to you and you will visit us at Story during this phase.  During this time you will become a member of our community.

Step Four:  The Construction phase:  During the construction  phase visits will be scheduled, and money draws will be deposited into the escrow account at different preset stages of construction.
