Design your dream unit
At some part of this process you will meet some of
the material supplier for kitchen cabinet, sinks and shower units, floor
coverings, furniture, fans and light fixtures and many other options.
You will know the builder personally before this is all over.... He will
be a long term resident of this project.
These are all Custom Units and you must design your own
unit or use one of the pre designed plans. The first 8 to 10 buyers
will be in line for the fall of 2008 building phase. With Spring
of 2009 being move in and closing date.
Basic Unit Cost Start At $150 a square foot. You
pick the square footage of your desire.
Right now we are in the stage of getting State of Indiana
Permits and
working with IDEM, and Indiana DNR on the infrastructure
of the project.
We will start with official marketing and promotion
